There is no better day to start this feature than on International Womens Day (08/03/2017) and to start it with a woman who leads a movement that has won the hearts of the Eastern Cape and other areas in South Africa.

Siphamadla Khashe although from a small village called Nothenga, near Hogsback, she is leading a huge movement called #HireAGraduate. The movement recently held a historic march to the State House in Bisho to demand jobs for graduates.

Siphamandla said "Once a wise man said "If you do not stand for anything, you will fall for everything". As an individual, when I believe in something I don't argue about it, I do it. The principles of Ubuntu keeps me going, which I believe my own personal values & beliefs and the desire to empower the society at large is a subset of such. I am ready to be crucified & criticized for all the work that I do, as long as in the process I am able to capture the hearts and souls of the marginalized".

Her focus right now is business and the Hire a Graduate Movement.

OurNews.co.za salute this inspirational woman.
