OurNews.co.za is an online newspaper dedicated to local content. We strive to be a platform where local content strive and simultaneously speak for the speechless.
We first published in June 2016 and have grown to reaching more than 200 000 on social media. We are currently covering parts the Raymond Mhlaba municipal area and parts of the Amathole District municipal area.
Love inspires us!
OurNews.co.za is a division of Lerato (PTY) LTD. Lerato is a Tswana and Sotho word meaning "love". Most importantly the Bible declares "God is love" (1 John 4:8). We are a company that acknowledges God as our reason of being and our ultimate source. We are inspired by love!
OurNews.co.za is inspired by love for local content hence we are dedicated to local content, we are inspired by love for people hence we speak for the speechless.
That informs our Vision
as the newspaper of "promoting local content and simultaneously speaking for the speechless".
