Taking the museum to the people

Fort Beaufort Historical Museum took the museum to the people. This happened as the museum is gearing up to celebrate International Museum Day on the 18th of May. International Museum Day is celebrated every year on the day.
Fort Beaufort Historic Museum held a series of events in Alice (10 May 2017), Fort Beaufort (11 May 2017) and they will be at Peddie. The purpose of these events were to take educate people about the purpose and relevance of museums in this day and age. Several schools were invited and were taught a lot of things.
The museum would like to invite the public on the 18th of May to visit the museum. Entry will be free.
